Not the same .....

I received my 3 rd pair of Topsies and was very disappointed that the leather upper sole was no longer there as were my 2 previous pairs . My feet sweat within 5 minutes of wearing this pair. I emailed customer service and was less than satisfied with Glen's response . I was told that customers didn't want the soft leather sole and if that's what I wanted to order a pair and take them to a shoe maker to have them put on... um how much are topsies? Not cheap. So I should additionally purchase them and then pay to have them "installed." It seems that it was removed in order to cut costs, because the flip flop is just another flip flop now. The response was inappropriate and I am very disappointed in both my third pair and customer service response.
