Topsies will gladly authorize returns of UNWORN MERCHANDISE within 30 days of receipt of your order. Please go to "my account" to file a return request and obtain a return authorization number to use to mail your items back to us. This label is a prepaid shipping label for the United States Postal Service. Shipping charges are not refundable and there is a $6.95 per item fee that covers restocking and postage back to the warehouse. Returns will be refunded in the original method of payment. Your return request must be made within 30 days of when your order was delivered and we must receive the merchandise back at the warehouse within 45 days of when the authorization was issued. Do not send items back through other means or without obtaining a return authorization as your package may be sent back to you. You may request a return online by clicking 'my account'/'track packages'/'review orders', via phone 1-877-541-8677, email customerservice@topsiesonline.com. All refused shipments will be charged double the shipping fee to cover transportation costs both ways. This amount will not be refunded to your credit card. The maximum refusal fee is $59.90.

PLEASE NOTE: CLEARANCE ITEMS MAY NOT BE RETURNED OR EXCHANGED. All purchases are final on clearance items.

Topsies guarantees against manufacturer's defects within 60 days of purchase. Regular wear and tear does not qualify. If you feel the shoes are defective and were purchased from this website, please contact us by emailing customerservice@topsiesonline.com or calling us at 1-877-541-8677.
