Topsies will gladly authorize returns of UNWORN MERCHANDISE within 15 days of receipt of your order. Please go to "my account" to file a return request and obtain a return authorization number. This number must be on the outside of the package when your item is sent back to us. This label is not a prepaid shipping label for the United States Postal Service. Shipping charges are not refundable and there is a $4.95 per item fee that covers restocking. Returns will be refunded in the original method of payment. Your return request must be made within 15 days of when your order was delivered and we must receive the merchandise back at the warehouse within 10 days of when the authorization was issued. Do not send items back through other means or without obtaining a return authorization as your package may be sent back to you. You may request a return online by clicking 'my account'/'track packages'/'review orders', via phone 1-877-541-86771-877-541-8677, email customerservice@topsiesonline.com. All refused shipments will be charged double the shipping fee to cover transportation costs both ways. This amount will not be refunded to your credit card. The maximum refusal fee is $59.90.

Items purchased in stores cannot be returned to Topsiesonline.com and must be returned to the store from which the item(s) were purchased. Store return must follow that stores return policy.

Topsies guarantees against manufacturer's defects within 60 days of purchase. Regular wear and tear does not qualify.
